The Story of a Young Heart adalah album studio ketiga dari A Flock of Seagulls, yang dirilis oleh Jive Records. Album ini merupakan album terakhir mereka-sampai Ascension pada tahun 2018-yang menampilkan formasi asli band, karena gitaris Paul Reynolds keluar tidak lama setelah album ini dirilis. Tiga singel dirilis dari album ini, beberapa di antaranya hanya tersedia di beberapa negara: “The More You Live, the More You Love“, “Never Again (The Dancer)” dan “Remember David“. Album ini diterbitkan ulang pada tahun 2008 oleh Cherry Red Records dengan bonus track.
